Unique textile art piece by Erlinde Peeters.
Created in 1989 at the Theater costumes Art Academy Antwerp. Inspiration: The Ballad of Narayama - movie and NÔ theatre.
Perfectly handcrafted in satin, colored nylon lining with colorful print, striped kimon. Filled parts give an extra dimension. The set consists of a pair of trousers that can be used on both sides, a padded shoulder piece with a long 'train' with pleats, an under kimono. Please note: this is theater costume, a thesis where anything was possible. It is a creative work, awarded with the highest distinction.

Suspended on a bamboo stick of 205 cm, impossible to ship with. No problem with collection.
