Open for hire for private and public use. One of the locations of festivals such as Obskuur Film Festival, Viewpoint Documentary Film Festival and the Ghent International Short Film Festival.

- 75 euro/hour (with a minimum of 2 hours) in the prime hours (Monday-Thursday, 6-10PM + Saturday/Sunday, 9AM-6PM)

- 100 euro/hour (with a minimum of 2 hours) in the top hours (Friday-Sunday, 6-10PM)
